Clear expectations for custom token concepts, orders, payment, and how your information is used.
The Standard Product
A single-sided token magnet with full-color UV artwork and a coordinating 4 × 6 story card. Other sizes and two-sided designs are available by individual quote.
Designs & Approval
Custom wholesale orders start at 50 per design. One initial concept and two revision rounds are included with a qualifying order. Additional work is quoted before proceeding.
Please review artwork, logos, spelling, card text, and story facts before approval. AI-assisted drafts require your review, and reference material must be yours to use.
Approval locks the reviewed artwork and card version. The approved story is available through the card’s public QR link. Private contact details and business documents are never included on that page.
Payment & Delivery
Submitting a brief or requesting a quote does not charge you. Product availability, shipping, and special-request pricing are confirmed before payment. Shipping and applicable tax are additional.
The shipping quote applies to the address on the order. Request a new quote before paying if the address changes. Production timing is confirmed for your order and is separate from shipping transit time.
Contact StoryPlace Tokens before payment with questions about timing or changes. After payment, contact us promptly about cancellation, damage, or production concerns.
Wholesale & Tax
Business pricing requires approval. Sales-tax exemption is reviewed separately using the applicable documentation and delivery destination. An EIN alone does not establish exemption.
Your Information
StoryPlace Tokens is a Choice Pursuits company. We use contact details, business applications, submitted references, approved designs, and order information to prepare and fulfill your request.
When automatic design generation is enabled, your brief and reference images are sent to OpenAI to prepare concepts and story drafts. Stripe processes payment when checkout is enabled. Business certificates are stored privately and are not sent for artwork generation.
Use the special-request form to ask about an order, record access, or a privacy concern. Do not include payment-card details in that form.
